I`ve been having suspension set up issues with my 2012 ZX10R for coming on 2 seasons now and I`m only beginning to get somewhere with it after changing brand of rear shock. I was put onto Colin from 100% Suspension as the man to help me fine tune the bike, a 30minute phone call later my head was burst with information, so what went from a possible £1700 KTech front end (this is what I`d convinced myself I needed) has changed to a few tweaks of what I`ve already got and I`m looking forward to trying these adjustments out this weekend.

They might possibly be better, or they might be worse, I`ll find that out this weekend but the fact Colin has taken the time and managed to make sense of what I think is wrong with the bike`s set up and suggest a few tweaks (shock length, low speed compression etc) all over the phone has saved me a considerable amount of money for now.

There`s far too many companies only too willing to take your money in bike racing paddocks and people like Colin and his wife Diane need commended  for the service they offer at 100% Suspension, over the course of this weekend Colin has offered to help with setup during the weekend via text so I`m now going into RD6 of the Scottish Superbikes Championship pretty confident I can begin to push on with my results.

If you have any suspension issues I strongly suggest you get in contact with Colin and see what they can offer you thumbsup

Good luck with things Darren.

I've used Colin before at Cadwell and he sorted my bike right out. It went from trying to muscle it about, to riding round and getting confident on it.

Colin's a great guy - was hoping to see him at Donnington this weekend for a bit of setup, but he's at Angelsey instead :-(

Just to update, the bike set up was exactly what I was looking for, almost too confidence inspiring as I lost the front attempting a pass for 1st... Few issues with the bike after that hampered the rest of the weekend but buzzing to get back on it!

Thought I'd bump this instead of a new topic.

Was at cadwell today and it was as you expect for a november day, cold all day, damp in the morning and quite a few red flags. I had just got my suspension serviced but had no real starting point. First lap out and it was all over the place so I asked colin to set me up and put a base setting in there as I was struggling. He then proceeded to check my front and rear, he said my rear was ok but the front was completely out, after some tweaking he sent me on my way. After that I came back and asked if he can spend the day with me setting it up but rather than money grab his first question was do I have a problem with it.

In the end we got a couple of things dialled in but I only went back once after that and only got 30 mins of track time after that so couldn't really comment on how the settings were. Asked to pay before I left and was offered to pick up where we left off free of charge early next year which is awesome as I was thinking I am not completely satisfied with how it feels.

This and he was always free whenever I went to see him, so he can't have sold more than 2 or 3 set up services.

Colin and Diane are brilliant. As has been mentioned above amazing how the guy can talk to you for two minutes and know exactly what needs doing, even if that's sometimes are polite; it's not the bike it's you get out there and ride the thing!

Ive even sent a set of forks to their daughters house so that they could do the work I needed when I needed it, but they were on the road at various trackdays and meetings.

excellent service

Used Colin and Diane twice now, first was for trackday setup and got me a good setup first time.

Then did my front shocks over summer in a really busy spell for them, they were back to me within a week and the base setting was spot on.

Would go back without hesitation, great service.
My wife says I have a Ducati problem, I have no problem with it!
