Had a great experience with SSR Suspension refreshing my bike over the weekend. Mark at SSR supplied and fitted a new Nitron shock and revamped my forks with new springs to suit my weight. Despite some delays from Nitron due to a factory move, Mark was well communicative and helpful with general queries.

This was my first time doing a suspension swap and whilst I know the basics of suspension from degree studies, this enabled me to ask some detailed technical queries which Mark handled with ease, he really knows his stuff and is enthusiastic about suspension and what makes it work.

All in, I couldn't ask for anything less and still beat other competitors on price. The improvement in ride quality and feedback from the bike is ten-fold. I'm even considering taking my other bike to him now!
