Dippy toe in water -- ZX6R 08

As per title and reply to another topic we are moving back from France to the UK- but not sure it's a permanent move so I'm keeping our house here and renting a new place in Norfolk

Due to costs will need to sell my 2008 ZX6R in Black--- nearly 100% factory standard with 9300miles and mot until August
The R10's fitted are legal but have done a couple of Td's, otherwise it's fully serviced ( plugs, oil, chain ( couple thou ago) )

Need to go to four wheels ( ideally a van from 08 onwards) , searched on the dreaded 'bay' and dealers are asking 4500, only private one same age was 3990----- would I be unreasonable to ask 3500?
