We're refreshing our race engine for next season and so are selling what's coming out, which still has very low usage on it.

All parts are genuine YEC meaning tighter tolerances on balance and weight. We bought them direct from one of the front running Supersport teams with 240km of use at the end of 2017 - they'd done one round at Thruxton.

We have put on them; two race meetings in 2018 and three trackdays. Eight race meetings in 2019 and four track days. Our engine is run on 300V changed every two rounds and the valve clearences have been checked every three rounds and have always been spot on. The engine is getting stripped next week and we're expecting everything to be mint but will of course confirm and be able to send pictures when it's all out.

I'd prefer to sell either as one, or in two lots as below;

YEC crank, pistons and con rods £650 for the lot.

YEC valves and springs (collars and caps thrown in too if you want them) £800 for the lot.

As you'll know the titanium valves on the Yam are ridiculous, with just the standard valves alone costing £1500 and the YEC are considerably more. A set of YEC springs is £500.

I can confirm i was looking at similar prices when having mine refreshed, luckily I sourced some very low mileage road kit from a known specialist. All stock though, not yec.
It's a horrendously expensive business.
