Just picked up a speedtriple for the road so thinking about maybe selling my SP1 and getting a cheaper track bike to get a few pennies back into the bank.
Just guaging if there's anyone interested really, in buying it or doing a deal with a cheaper bike (no nails plz ) its on a 2000 V5 present still in original supplying dealers name, thinks its been a race bike most of its life Reactive suspension revalved forks, Ohlins shock, steering damper, open airbox, Arrow 2-1 Ti pipe, PC3 Dynoed 130 bhp, HRC (copy?) subframe. Keyless loom, PJ tuning radial M/C Just had oil/filter change, performance friction pads have done 1 day @ Oulton Wets fited atm but got good pair of SC's spare wheels, just need front disks then ready for SC's to go on Got a decal kit coming in the post, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/330785311745?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 Would be looking for 3K My number is 0779 1930210 Edited by mak595 - 15 November 2013 at 21:42 |

Forgot to say, it had a new clutch start of the year,
Can has got a Db insert for quiet days, 100db without baffle HRC Q/A throttle orderd a clear screen a few days ago so waiting for that to arrive. Just flushed rads & put antifreeze in Only had the bike a few months, wasn't really looking to sell but the speedtrip just turned up at a price i couldn't resist Bad bit: Tank has a small dint where something fell off a shelf, the honda wing will be going over it to distract from it Think a cash sale would be best so i can look for something at my leisure unless someone has bike that floats my boat. Pic from Oulton from september, removed the moriwaki decal's just waiting for the new ones to turn up. Edited by mak595 - 15 November 2013 at 21:02 |

no but my mate i normaly go with (Dex) on here works away a bit & with me being on shifts, TD's don't seem to tie up much, we only got 5 in last year, so i bought the speedtriple as a road bike for a odd blast out. Still gonna have a track bike, just a cheaper one so i don't have as much money tied up in it. Gonna look for a early RSV or 600, what ever turns up really..... |
