Hi
Selling my RST Pro-Series black race boots - only used for 3 days at Portimao last Autumn - that is all they have been worn, never seen rain or gravel ! What’s the fit like on these? I tried a pair on in the shop and I’m a size 10they fitted perfect length ways but felt like they were crushing my feet width ways? Are you selling them cause of that?

The fit is not tight on these, they actually fit really well - I have an older pair of RST sport boots that fitted well thats why I went for these - I am selling as I have dodgy ankles, had a big crash racing about 13 years ago broken ankle & multiple spiral fracture in left leg then I tore ligaments in work accident then broke it again racing Enduro about 3 years ago and I have OA in it now, 50% restricted movement due to injury & calcification etc. and I don't find the ankle armour comfortable for me its too stiff (but very well padded) - basically I am a moaning c*nut !!
I am really funny with footwear though - I buy boots / trainers and only wear them until I hurt then have to buy new ones - I have more shoes than the wife ! LOL I bought some TCX a couple months back and just find them more comfortable, but they have less protection - dare say all of a sudden I'll have to stop wearing them as well. I have a nice pair of MX boots I can't wear as well, I have to wear softer Enduro / adventure boots off road now as MX boots kill me. |
