Nemomoto rider coaching

Was at Silverstone with me yesterday and really helped my understanding of riding and how to make some improvements. I am never going to go racing, I dont do lap times and I wont ever be at the sharp end of any inters group least alone fast, so got Lee's help as I felt I had reached a point of not making much progress for a while.

Best thing I could of done, learned more about the theory of riding, and how to put some of them into practice in one morning than I have done at any other point of just riding round trying to push a bit here or there.

For the cost of a trackday or two, I will probably enjoy the trackdays I do more as a result if I use what I learned. I will be booking another session with Lee soon once I've had the chance to practice what I learned a bit more.
