   Just wanted to advise of some awesome help I just got from Mode Performance Silverstone.

I just needed to buy some spare Z04 brake pads, so I phoned them up to order.  "oh, someone just bought all 16 sets I had yesterday", (Christ, they're keen was my first thought).  Anyway, said I didn't really need them, just spares kit.

Bloke said, "oh, I'll send you a set of standard sintered ones, in case you need a set fir racing, and when the z04's come in, I'll send you them.  If you don't use the normal ones, just send them back"

Now, that's what I call helpful customer service, also now guaranteed to get all my repeat business.
