Every dog has its day as they say

My beloved zxr is up for sale, thought I'd post it on here for some reaction:D

History
Purchased about 4 years ago, project was to turn it into a Kawasaki France rep, stripped it all down, sent the frame and swing arm to be stripped, picked it up only to find that the frame had got a dent in that had been filled, to be fair, who ever had done it had made a cracking job, you couldnt see it at all, so, not to worry, track project, after all, thats what the big K made them for thumbsup

Anyway, the old girl has been brilliant for me but, time for a change

Spec
ZXR750R K1
Approx 23k
Aluminium tank
39mm flatslide carbs
Close ratio gearbox
Ohlins rear shock with remote preload and compression adjusters, recently serviced
Full zxr front forks, recently serviced
Full 4 into 1 akrapovic exhaust system
Brembo front master cylinder
Fully adjustable gilles rearsets
GSXR 4 pot calipers
Front and rear wheel conversion, running CBR600RR wheels
V5 in my name

I currently have a zxr750J frame on, I do have the original K frame, complete with dent too

Spares with the bike are
full set of newly painted race fairing and tank (just need lacquering)
2 sets of wheels, both with discs
clipons, rearsets and probably other stuff I've forgot

Bike has always been serviced regularly, valves checked every year, anything needed doing got done

Looking for £4000

Ok, I know it aint the latest superbike but the old girl regularly embarrasses quite a few of them

Anyone who knows these bikes also knows how good they are, perfect for golden era etc

Can supply more pics if needed

Comments welcome, or, just take the p*ss if you like:p

It has been a great bike for me, I'v spent many hours on it, typical zx front end stability and certainty, I geared it for drag out the corners, funny when guys on zx10 and blades ask what engine is in itlol
