Hi i would like to buy the oz wheels powercommander yoshi system and braking wavey disc oh hold on a minute i already have on sunday night , ebay sellers user id pclearz and me the winning bidder elai3000 , you told me last night you had been called away at work and couldnt sort my parts out till 18th of december so how come my parts that i won are listed on here , people please dont get involved because if you buy these parts you could be implicated in the possible legal proceedings as these parts are mine  How can someone do something so underhand  i do understand you were dissapointed that the parts didnt fetch what you wanted but you never had a reserve so its not my fault. I won these parts fair and square and i want them.thumbsdown

I recall back in the day when I started selling stuff on ebay. The first item I sold was a pair of Sidi Boots and listed them for 99p and a week later they sold for £22 but I wanted £50 for them. The chap who turned up to buy them taught me a valuable lesson that day:- Either start the listing at what you want for the item or set a reserve! Now give me my boots they're legally mine!!!!!

Lesson learnt peeps
Here for a good time....not a long time!

To clarify, did you actually pay for the parts? not saying it's right either way as if you sell something in an auction, then thats the gamble you take if no reserve is set, jusat that if you did,and he's selling them oin again thenmayeb the mods should freeze the thread till it's sorted, dont want any other buyers gettign shafted.

It is exactly how it happened i won the auctions i paid and then came the c*ck and bull story and if you were willing to sort my parts out on the 18th of december why did you advertise the same parts on here that i won and not only that you were texting me about sorting this out for me at the same time as you were readvertising on here ive looked at the times so i think me being upset is justified and its not a pathetic post its what happened i have every one of your text messages and no i dont want to talk to you on the phone as you have been ignoring me all day , i am willing to come to rhyll to resolve this in person, i would love to know how you would feel if someone had done the same to you.

I disagree...

If you're selling in a domain and someone has a gripe then it's only natural that people within that domain are curious (future dealings etc)

Not my style granted but we are all different and entitled to our varying opinions ( these opinions are being formed by information received and responses to accusations made within the domain)

Yep, you're right. It's between you, the buyer and ebay.

Or, it was right up until you (allegedly) listed the items for sale here after you'd already sold them on ebay.

Either way, one of you is lying. Bottom line.

Hi well its definately not me thats lying, if anyone can tell me how i can copy and paste the ebay sales of these items and the paypal invoices i will put them on here to show you all that what i have said is true , my user id on ebay is elai3000 and i have 100 percent positive feedback why on earth would i make something like this up and i would never give negative feedback without very good reason, i won the parts paid and then got messed about and then i found out the parts were listed on here so to me the negative feedback is justified , i texed this guy a few times and he completely ignored me , very underhand seller and no its not just between me him and ebay other people need to know what is going on to save them having this sort of hassle from this sort of seller, AND GSXRWILL bit of advice for you, man up admit what you have done and why you have done it although it doesnt take columbo to work that one out, TELL THE TRUTH oh and for the future bit of a tip for you use a RESERVE or START THE AUCTION AT THE LOWEST PRICE YOU WILL ACCEPT ITS SIMPLE AND STOPS ALL THIS HASSLE and people if you can tell me how i can put my invoices on here it will be much appreciated .thumbsdown

Didn't think you could leave feedback unless you have won the items!!!!
Doesn't necc mean that you paid for them tho..... Two sides to every story an all that
But if you both wish to stick this in an open forum as u have done so far then if using windows then right click and copy paste is ur friend or if u using iPad/phone then home button and power button takes a screenshot which can then be found in ur photo place

Get it on Your screen press control and print screen button Together To take a screencapture.

Go into paint and press paste. Your screen capturethen can be saved. You can upload it as a picture then.

If you want a min on ebay set a reserve or take the risk. Unfair if this chap has 'won' the item and regarding posting it up I think its fair enough. I want to know if a sellers genuine or not.

item no 190973881507
item no 190973902870
item no 190973914747

This is rather priceless, what part of i didnt want a refund i wanted my parts dont you understand duuuuggghh and of course ive been ripped off i won them parts and havnt got them and all because you c*cked up by not putting a reserve on , so you think just because ive got my money back that makes it all ok well it doesnt what you have done is expose yourself in my opinion as not a nice person who is not to be trusted and the reason you keep hurling abuse at me and other forum users is simply because the truth hurts and the truth is well and truly out now and why are you getting upset with other people who are posting on here everyones entitled to there opinion but you resort to verbal abuse which is really mature of you, just to be clear did you really just say you will deal with anyone who plays by the rules because i did and look what happened, you wouldnt know what playing by the rules was if it smacked you in the face , i cant be bothered with all this either im sure or i hope everyone who reads these posts will understand that i have been honest and i can prove everything i have said is exactly how it is and hopefully ive saved other people having all this sh*t, best thing about it all is if this individual had just been honest with me and explained that he couldnt sell me the bits because they hadnt fetched what he wanted i wouldnt have been happy but i would have sorted something out with him but to lie and readvertise my parts is just simply underhand anyway gsxrwill have a good xmas hope santa brings you something nice like some good morals thumbsdown
