HEL Performance Superb Service

Just wanted to write a quick note to say what fabulous service I recieved from HEL Performance in the UK.

After my little paddock stand accident I needed a Clutch Line to get the bike going again, after seeing a fair bit of advertising around for HEL I checked the website and they didn't make cables for the Superduke/RC8. So I called them and spoke to a chap called Shaun Northcott, he said send him the old line and he would make one up to replicate it for £20 all in, now I was well chuffed that it was this price as a KTM one was £60.

I sent it on Wednesday, got a phonecall Thursday to say it was all made up and what I thought to take payment. To my surprise he said the cable was on its way back to me and there was no charge because they could now sell Clutch lines for Superdukes and RC8's!

I couldn't recommend them any higher. So if you need brake/clutch lines for any of your bikes please give Shaun a call at HEL performance in Exeter UK.

Superb Service

Thats what you want from companies, that little bit extra, makes all the difference.   HEL Are supporting the Thundersport paddock and al registered riders this year, and already so the same in the British paddock. 

I needed some making for my R1 mono's for my GSXR and they were awesome, really helpful and quick service. Customer service is so crap in the UK it is nice when a company does it right!
