hiya ppl, my business should be up and running very soon JPCNC, one of my services is cnc machining of custom / one off parts , im set up to do just about anything you need, ive invested in expensive cadcam software that can genterate any type of exotic shape ( providing i can draw it/get it drawn) ive also invested in a program that can convert an image ie a logo/photo into an engaved/embosed part .
Im currently researching products i could make and sell myself , any ideas or enquiries welcome-

jpcnc@hotmail.co.uk or 07835646480

I think the obvious ones for trackdayers and racers are rearsets, clip-ons and crash protection.   thumbsup

these captive spacers look like something i will look into, there seems to be a lot of people looking for them but not really having much luck? anybody close by to me ( selston/notts ) willing to show me a wheel to take measurements etc? or does anybody know from their own wheels what the measurements need to be?
also found a few companies offering to bore out throttle bodies with new butterfly etc, does this interest anybody? this is something ive done in the past for cars but never crossed my mind for the bikes?

You know how when you change your wheels, pull the axle out and the spacers fall all over the garage floor ?
Well these don't.

Ive got a early r6, you can take measurements off the spacers if you want.
Not far from you either, in mansfield.

You only need 2 tools:
WD-40 and Duct tape.
If it doesnt move and it should, use WD-40
If it moves and it shouldnt, use Duct tape.

Are these posts generated by computer or does someone actually sit down and do them manually?

Marx unfortunately Jay hasnt visited the site since October 2010 so I dont think you'll get a reply. I would imagine tracking down a local "Precision Engineer" in yellow pages and visiting them should see you sorted.
